Garmin Forerunner 405CX GPS/Heart Rate Monitor: Forerunner 405CX GPS-enabled sport watch is an evolution in GPS-enabled training with heart rate-based calorie computation. Features a high-sensitivity GPS receiver with HotFix that has a distance accuracy of 99% with clear view of sky and includes mark locations, back to start and save location features.

Training and motivational features include Virtual Partner, courses, workouts, goals and zone training features including heart rate (supports five heart rate zones)
ANT+TM wireless technology automatically transfer information back and forth between the watch and the computer and Unit-to-unit transfer sends workouts and locations to other Forerunner 405s
