ISM PR 3.0 Saddle: ISM’s Performance Recreation saddles are based on the same platform as ISM’s Performance Short saddles, but feature extra padding for more long-mile comfort. The PR 3.0 has ISM’s highest level of padding, and a wider 145mm rear end - ideal for upright bikes, or anyone struggling to find comfort. Prior to 2016, the PR 3.0 was sold as the Typhoon model.

I have been riding for years and have tried many, many seats.  I always assumed that some numbness and discomfort was part of the "normal" routine after a couple of hours or more.  As I have gotten older I think I have become less tolerant, or perhaps more worried about my prostate and function.  I tried this seat after reading about it and seeing that the triathletes were using it.  Wow!  What a difference!  I get zero numbness no matter how long I ride and the saddle is comfortable for at least 3 or more hours on the bike.  It does not feel that different from a control standpoint and set up is really easy (follow the video instructions on ISM's web site).  I am so happy!! I now have bought four of them for my road, MTN, touring, and exercise bike.  It is really worth the money!
