I would normally not go for this much Sugar. I did an aggressive ride, At the point I would normally start crashinng, this stuff blew my mind! I felt like I was just warmed up and hitting my stride. I went much longer but cut myself short even though I felt like going much longer. Good thing, the next morning I felt worked! The science is amazing, they write about the "Window of opportunity" is the thirty minutes after the endurance workout. The cells open up to feed and slam shut after. The high glycemic index (Around 100) Facilitates Rapid absortion, and the products signature Element Glutamine just feeds the muscle. I took it before and after the ride. I have never been this strong well into it. It also has Cortisol mudulators. Cortisol is produced in high levels during a Endurance race. Cortisol is hard on the immune system. Wow this product got my attention! No wonder all the locals love the Hammer product line up on Mt. Tamalpias in Nor-Cal.
