SRAM Rise 40 Alloy IS-Disc 29" Wheelset: 29" Welded-seam, double-wall S-6000 alloy rim with a 2.5mm-offset, asymmetric profile to help balance spoke tension (24.5x21mm external width/height). Alloy hub design has been optimized with stiff axles, wide placement of smooth-running 2RS cartridge bearings, straight-pull spoke design, and a 6-bolt disc brake rotor interface.

Rear steel freehub utilizes a 3-pawl engagement for efficient power transfer. Straight-pull, double-butted stainless steel spokes in a 2x pattern secured by brass nipples with a nylon anti-rotation lockring. Supplied with quick-release skewers (where applicable) and tubetype rim strips, but can be converted to tubeless with aftermarket kits
Designed for XC/Trail/All-Mountain use (black with white/grey/red decals, black spokes/nipples).
