The M2 automatically switches between 3 heart rate zones to ensure you stay within your ideal heart rate zone.
- Heart Rate Monitor: The M2 comes with the Suunto Dual Comfort Heart Rate Belt so you can monitor your HR while you exercise. To ensure the most accurate reading of your HR, strap the HR belt to center of your chest and make sure the red arrow is pointing up. The Dual Comfort Belt is compatible with most cardio gym equipment and provides interference-free HR monitoring eliminating disturbances from power lines, and magnetic and electronic devices.
- Exercise Summaries: After each time you exercise, you can view a summary of the duration of your exercise; percentage of time spent below, within and above each HR zone; amount of calories burned; average HR; and peak HR. If you choose to save the information, you can later review your History & Trend, which shows you the cumulative information over the last 4 weeks.
