Zipp 145 Carbon Road Stem: Zipp Speed Weaponry 145 Stems are a one piece carbon stem, complete with alloy hardware and a carbon top cap. The 145 lives up to the universal standards of all Zipp products It's lightweight, stiff, and has strength to spare. The 4-bolt faceplate is easily removed so that the graphics look perfect in either direction, 80 degrees or 100 degrees.
