Had the privilege to work with John.  I have been searching for a bike for my son for a long time.  Fortunately, after speaking with John he let me know, somehow, he had found an Occam. He went above and beyond to make sure we got this bike.  
When the UPS truck pulled up and dropped off the box, my son was beyond surprised. Thanks to John and his crew at Bike bling I am thankful I could get this bike for my son. John even stayed on the phone with me close to closing time after I assembled the bike and had a minor shifting issue.  Him and his tech solved it for me. As for the H20, my son says for a 29er it rides very much  like a 27.5.  Quick and nimble, climbs really well with close to nonexistent pedal bob with good grip going up, and puts a smile on his face when descending.  Thank you John and everyone at Bike bling for everything.
