Return & Exchange Policy

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, give us a call. We will set up a return, and you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items minus shipping charges. Make your return within 30 days of the date on your invoice. Credits issued for returned items that exceed 45 days will incur a restocking fee. Please keep the product in its original unused/ uninstalled condition with all of the original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Call our Customer Service Department toll free at 800.BIKEPRO (or 760-317-5450 international) for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will ask you for your Order Number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping charges. BikeBling.com also cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.


  • Give us a call to request a RMA . BikeBling.com will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Return the product to us we recommend a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. You are responsible for the items being returned.
  • Parts for return must be in original product packaging. We will not accept parts that have been installed, worn or tried out. Please do not use product packaging boxes as shipping cartons for return shipping. We have to be able to resell the items you wish to return. 

You just opened your package from BikeBling.com and discovered we shipped you something incorrectly. Please follow the instructions below.

  • If an item is missing, make sure and finish checking your order before calling. Make sure to inspect all packing materials carefully for smaller items. It is easy for small items to get wrapped up in the packing material. Call us and let us know which item you received incorrectly or were missing.
  • It is our goal to be 100% correct on all orders.  We will work with you to find the best way to resolve our mistake. We will issue you a call tag (return shipping label) on any mis-shipped items the fault of BikeBling.com. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work to resolve the issue in a manner that works for both parties.

 

You ordered something from us and decided you do not want the item or the item does not fit you and you wish to return it. Please follow the instructions below.

  • If you are sizing shoes, clothing, helmets, gloves etc. please don't wear them on a ride. Please don't bolt cleats on the shoes if you are thinking of returning them. Shoes or Clothing that have been worn or used cannot be returned to BikeBling.com for a refund.  Bike parts that show signs of being installed will not be refunded.

  • We will issue credit for the product being returned. We do not refund the original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying return freight on returns that are not the fault of BikeBling.com.

 

 Your order was damaged in shipment.


All items that are shipped out from BikeBling.com are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you is damaged? You have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please call BikeBling.com Customer Service 1 (800) BIKEPRO. We will contact the Delivery Company and file a damage claim. BikeBling.com will arrange for the Delivery Company to pick up the damaged package. Do not take the item for a ride. Do save all boxes and packing material for inspection by the freight carrier. Once a damage claim is made and accepted with the carrier, a claim number is generated. At that time BikeBling.com will work on re-processing the order for the lost or damaged items.

Please call us when you need assistance in resolving a damage claim. We want this to be as painless as possible. These situations do happen and we have experience in resolving damage claims. 

 

Refund Information

We process returns as we receive them. Please be aware that it will likely take a billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.
