Arkel GT-18BP Convertible Backpack Pannier: Quickly transform it as a backpack to bring as an airplane carry-on or carry it with you when exploring the town. All of our bags, panniers and accessories are designed in our Canadian office. When it comes to the production and assembly of the GT-18BP Convertible Backpack Pannier, it is hand-sewn in our production facility in Sherbrooke.

If your rack tubing diameter is bigger than 15mm (and up to 21mm), you will need the Oversized Cam-Lock.
