I have two of these on my Surly Ogre. I would have had 4 of them had I not bought panniers first !  Blackburn racks only and forever !

These are well made and flexible cages to carry a variety of items from bottles to waterproof pack bags.  I got a matched set to mount to the front forks of my fat bike and painted them to match the frame.
