Plus, in many instances, you require greater volumes of electrolytes than any sports drink or gel can provide. That is why Endurolytes fulfills such a crucial component of your fueling by supplying your body with a perfectly balanced, full-spectrum, rapidly assimilated electrolyte source, allowing you to meet your widely variable electrolyte needs with tremendous precision, hour after hour, no matter what the weather throws at you.Taking two or more Endurolytes before bed may help prevent night cramps and nighttime muscle twitching.

5 of 5 Seems to work, but not a controlled experiment March 10, 2016

The first Century I rode, I cramped up horribly at mile 60 in my adductor longus muscle.  Same thing happened a month later on a 126 mile ride, at about 60 miles.  The next year I bought this, and did a better job of keeping hydrated.  Can't say which had the better effect, but no cramping the second year.  Placebo effect?  Maybe.  Better conditioning?  Perhaps,  Keeping water bottles filled?  Certainly.  Let's just say that, for the price, whatever the cause, I've bought another bottle for this summer's Centuries.
