Yeah, I've had this Serfas KL501 bike lock for a couple of years now, I was out riding my motorized bike yesterday and I locked my bike up but when I came back to unlock it, the key would no longer work.. luckily enough I was at a Walmart and could grab a pair of bolt cutters.. so I cut it. I have the bike lock still incase the company has a warranty or anything like that. Not the best lock, the key will simply just... stop unlocking it.. after some time..
