TSG Dawn Flex Helmet: The revolutionary Dawn Flex helmet finally brings true soft-fit comfort combined with a CE certified construction. This is what soft-shell users have been waiting for: the perfect compromise between comfort and safety. We have added TSG's FlexTech innovation to this classic full-cut design with ear protection. The Dawn Flex utilizes a series of interior EPS foam segments connected by a reinforced skeleton, allowing the helmet to flex and mould to your head while still exceeding safety standards. The result is a lid that fits snugly without cramping, and will exceed all your expectations.

  • HARDSHELL CONSTRUCTION: For maximum safety, TSG's hardshell construction combines a super strong injection moulded outer shell and a shock absorbing EPS inner shell.
  • FLEX TECH INSTANT FIT: Fits instantly to any head shape. FlexTech utilizes a series of connected interior EPS foam segments, allowing the helmet to flex and conform to your head. It fits like a comfortable cap but still meets bike and skate safety standards.
  • TUNED FIT SYSTEM: TSG's Tuned Fit System allows a rider to adjust their fit using different thickness comfort pads on the interior of the helmet. Helmets come with two sizes of comfort pads.
  • LOW FIT: A helmet can only protect what it covers. TSG's Low Fit design sits low and fully protects the entire back and sides of your head without impairing field of vision or restricting movement.
  • 14 VENTS WITH AIR FLOW CHANNELS: TSG's innovative Air Flow vent system delivers optimal air circulation and reduces uncomfortable heat build-up in the helmet. The air channels have been designed to pull fresh air over and around the head while forcing stale air out.
  • HARDSHELL EAR COVERAGE: The Hardshell Ear Coverage brings full protection down to the ears. Your choice when doing faster skiing and freeriding.
